Meet Jeff
Born and raised in Phoenix on Arizona’s birthday, February 14th, I proudly represent four generations of Phoenicians. My lifelong connection to Arizona provides a deep understanding of the Valley—its communities, schools, growth, and the real estate opportunities that make the Greater Phoenix area such a special place to call home.
Before transitioning fully into real estate, I spent 23 years with UPS, a Fortune 50 company, where I built my career in Operations Management, District Sales, Technology, and District Finance. During that time, I managed and trained teams of up to 280 employees and supervisors, focusing heavily on safety, service, and performance. That experience shaped the way I serve my real estate clients today—with discipline, attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to getting results.
Real estate is also part of my family’s legacy. My father has served as a Tipton Realty Designated Broker for over 25 years, and growing up around the business gave me valuable knowledge about the Arizona market and the importance of protecting clients’ interests. Carrying on that multi-generational tradition is something I take great pride in.
My background in athletics has also shaped the way I approach my work today. I attended Phoenix College, the University of Arizona, and Thomas Edison State University, competing in football and track at the collegiate level. Athletics instilled in me the importance of teamwork, leadership, discipline, and a relentless competitive drive—principles that guide how I represent and advocate for my clients every day.
My philosophy is simple: treat every client like family. Buying or selling a home is often the largest financial decision a person will make, and I take that responsibility seriously. I believe in honesty, full transparency, and clear communication, while remaining accessible whenever my clients need guidance. In every transaction, my goal is to protect my clients’ interests and help them save time, money, and unnecessary stress.
I serve buyers and sellers across the entire Greater Phoenix area, with strong familiarity in Phoenix, Gilbert, and Chandler. I especially enjoy helping first-time home buyers, families moving into single-family homes, and clients exploring new construction opportunities. Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading to your next one, or selling a property, I will work tirelessly to make the process smooth and successful.
Outside of real estate, family is the most important part of my life. I’m the proud father of three children under 15, and I value every moment spent with them. I enjoy working out, hunting and fishing, and the Arizona Cardinals as a lifelong NFL fan. I also serve on my HOA board, which keeps me connected and involved in my local community.
After 23 successful years with UPS, I chose to fully pursue real estate to better serve my community and help more families achieve homeownership. I am passionate about expanding access to homeownership and supporting minorities and underserved communities in building long-term wealth through real estate. As a member of the National Association of Realtors, West and Southeast REALTORS of the Valley, and National Association of Real Estate Brokers, I am committed to the highest standards of professionalism and fiduciary responsibility, working diligently to communicate clearly, stay detail-oriented, and help my clients achieve the best possible outcome.
